Overall I was very happy. The issue I had was that I received a notice from the NVIDIA software that I was eligible to receive a free copy of Borderlands 4 with the purchase of the 5080 video cart. However, when I contacted the sales department, they stated that I was not eligible since it was a prebuilt system. That was disappointing.
