Great clean pc build, even put in an extra fan, site is easy to use. I shopped at the other 3-4 big prebuilt companies but your site quality and prices were better.

Out of the box, system did not detect the Creative sound card. Still awaiting contact from support for replacement after I reported the issue via email.

I ordered my PC with a 3 fan slot CPU cooler and 6 extra Corsair ARGB 120mm fans. Only the 3 fan slot and 4/6 can fit in the case I sent. I received the pc with the 3 slot CPU cooler and only 3 Corsair ARGB fans. I am missing 3 I paid for of which only one can be installed. This is my second email going out about this since I got a feedback email before a customer service email. Not very happy. This is my 5th CyberPower PC or so in over 15 years FYI

Only recommendation is to take the time and include either a list or a how to on driver install. Like the asus driver really should be Armoury Crate. CyberPowerPC website is to the asus website to pick up a download file which doesn’t exactly do what you want it too

Was a delay with getting the system built because of CPUs which in today’s world is understandable. The responses were fast and courteous. This is not the first purchase and won’t be the last. Have always had a good experience with Cyberpower and will continue to use them as computer needs occur.

No complaints, really enjoyed my experience buying and customizing my own pc for the first time. The only things I’d say for new people like me is to cover the hdmi to the motherboard with a sticker, to specify it should go into the gpu at the bottom. But that’s not a big deal for quality of the website or the pc just a me being new thing and help others too!

Customer support was amazing. The computer works great. The only difficulty i had was purchasing because the card name and location was different from when being shipped due to the computer due to a new policy.

Shopping at CyberpowerPC is a really terrific experience. I'm a repeat customer - I purchased my prior gaming pc from CPPC 6 years ago and it had 0 issues over it's lifetime. The sales experience - even shortly after submitting the order ( for a change) were straightforward and quick. Basically you get what you pay for. It's a good system at a good price with support and attention to the customer. Yes I recommend this company for your next pc.

CP is a good place to buy computers and accessories. The only con is that when shipping a computer you don't have a privacy option haha I don't want everyone seeing I got a new fancy pc. Other than that good service. Good freebies/ $5 items too.

10 outta 10, I've been a repeat customer for the last 10 years and everything they've knocked it out of the park. Even pricing out the components if I were to build it myself, I was still saving hundreds of dollars with Cyberpower. Fantastic price for performance, will do business again.

They check the paperwork with me and almost sent me off without the monitor. I had to double check and confirm. If I had been a bit careless, I would have walked away without a monitor.

Found what I wanted, was able to see all the specificalities, ordered it on-line, processed the order, shipped quickly, and arrived in ready-to-go condition. I wasn't even charged until I received the computer. Awesome!
