PC was received with the requested customizations. It was very well packed and there was no shipping damage. The case and internal build are very aesthetically pleasing. The computer started perfectly, and it was easy to configure Windows 11 Pro. The quick start guide was helpful, but it was for a different case, so I had to figure out how to open my PC's case. It came with several individual bags containing small components that were not labeled. I'm not sure what some of them are used for. The external antenna for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth in particular lead to some confusion when trying to connect an iPhone using Bluetooth. The serial number for the Asus Z890-PRO WIFI motherboard was not on the back of the case or in any supporting documentation. This makes registering that component more difficult. These issues are not terribly important, but they are easily remedied with additional labeling and documentation.

Overall, a very nice PC. My only complaint would be the setup instructions not being specific for my model. For instance, the directions indicated the glass panel had to be removed, to facilitate removal of the protective foam. To accomplish this, it directs the user to remove two screws from the back and slide the glass out. The aforementioned is incorrect for my model, which required a call to tech support and watching a video to figure it out.

This is the third PC I have purchased through CyberPowerPC and I have zero complaints. I did check other PC builders before I purchased this time, and while I could get a similar result, they just didn't meet or exceed what I already knew I was going to get from CyberPowerPC. I also priced out buying the components individually on my own and building the PC myself, and of course that would be cheaper, but if for some unknown reason some part doesn't work with another or I just plain mess something up, its my fault, and that just doesn't happen with CyberPowerPC. Real customer, 10/10 will buy again.

This is the fourth computer I have bought from CyberPC since 2015. They have always delivered what the promised on their website. Easy ordering and great communications as to the status of the order from submission to final delivery. Box came undamaged and the PC was easy to get up and running.

Build quality is excellent. The way this was packaged and shipped was professional and clearly done with care. The machine performs better than expected and has been very reliable. All my config asks were handled perfectly. Additional fans and custom CPU cooler were installed perfectly. This was an excellent value for the money.

Overall I am very happy with this system. Would you please update your quick start guide. The instructions for opening the case for removing the protective foam are not applicable to how this case opens. The Installation Guide HS01 Curve instructions from Montech helped, but it was still not clear. I eventually figured it out, but better instructions would help your customers. Thank you.
