There are not enough USB ports for a machine which has no rack and limited ports to install internal peripherals. Only 2 3.0 USB ports, very stingy for a 2025 machine... It looks great, and as I get it going and add drives to the motherboard, we'll see where it goes. I like the keyboard a lot, works well in poor lighting for me. I wasn't a fan of all the RGB lighting and thought of it as fluff, but it's kind of grown on me. I very much hope the tech support is better than my last purchase a long time ago. It has been so far!

Works out of the box. No issues so far! I've contacted tech support on finding compatible HDD trays for my case's 3.5" bays and they decided to just send me the compatible trays directly instead of directing me to another site/store. Great service so far (although I haven't yet received the trays).

Wonderfully built and cable managed very well, unfortunately there was no drawing/picture inside of the pc from the people who built it like had asked :( . Otherwise, an extremely good job

Just had this about one week, not fully switched over to it. So far, everything seems to be tight and well put together and functioning. Performance is test is excellent, vast improvement over my 2021 10th generation i7 & Nvidia 380 system.
