I purchased a custom PC from CyberPowerPC and mostly everything is perfect. The website options, ease of use, service, and frequent order updates were great. I can't not mention the price which with deals was terrific! I very much appreciated assembly and delivery which was very quick, I would like to thank the CP team for packaging which kept the system safe even though UPS literally rolled it many times on my driveway. Fortunately, nothing was broken and looked top shape. The only thing keeping this rating from a 5 is the only problem I noticed which I fixed myself. I hope to bring notice to this so it doesn't happen in the future. The issue was with the case fans, radiator fans, and AIO: - 1 case fan was installed backwards. The bottom case fan on my case is supposed to intake air but instead was exhausting air. - 2 case fans that are connected through a splitter was connected to W_PUMP+ instead of CHA_FAN - The radiator fan and AIO were installed correctly but plugged incorrectly. The AIO was plugged into CPU_OPT instead of AIO_PUMP and the radiator fans were plugged into CHA_FAN instead of CPU_FAN. Those mistakes caused the PC to be very loud due to fans running at full/wrong speeds and incorrect curves and temps to be high to due incorrect fan placement and wrong port applications. Besides that, everything else works perfectly and was assembled correctly.

So far this PC is running amazingly, I didn't have any issues booting it up for the first time or any since (fingers crossed) - only slight issue I had was the instructions for removing the side panel to remove the padding placed inside the PC during travel were incorrect, so I did have to look online to find the proper instructions for how to remove the panel to ensure I didn't cause any damage to the PC. That only took a few minutes but it would be nice if the included instructions were specific to the case I had purchased but overall a very minor issue.
