Just got my custom-built rig delivered from CyberPowerPC. This thing is an absolute unit. Straight out the box, it was clean, powerful, and ready to dominate. I didn’t have to lift a screwdriver — they built it, tested it, packed it right, and it showed up ready to flex.

I'll be honest that this isn't completely what I got, I heavily altered it, but there's so many nice, easily browsed options that made it easy to build the whole damn thing. The fact that you can take a starter deal, and change it so much is so nice! Beyond happy to finally, for the first time, be able to play things on ultra that aren't 10 years old.

only minus for me is the way the case opens with having to remove 4 screws to get in it versus two and sliding a panel, also looks like it is missing one of the corner plastic pieces on the glass, but have to confirm first,

I customized this Pc build for my son for a Christmas present. Great system everything fired right up and was great. My only complaint is that is came with a code for the avatar game and we can't seem to download the game. I will reach out to customer service after Christmas to try and resolve thw issue. Otherwise, I'm and my son ave extremely pleased with the system thus far!

The computer system is exactly what I ordered and I did not see any extra software I need to remove. I prefer to custom build my computers so there are choices I want make that cyberpower pc does not offer. My main issue was the case choices. Most offer connections at the top which I dislike. The documentation I received was minimal though not too disappointing. I chose the extra warranty that I don't expect to use though its not clear if i should keep any boxes or packing. Overall I am glad I was able to find a company to build a computer to my specifications and within a reasonable price.
