Customer support was amazing. The computer works great. The only difficulty i had was purchasing because the card name and location was different from when being shipped due to the computer due to a new policy.

Shopping at CyberpowerPC is a really terrific experience. I'm a repeat customer - I purchased my prior gaming pc from CPPC 6 years ago and it had 0 issues over it's lifetime. The sales experience - even shortly after submitting the order ( for a change) were straightforward and quick. Basically you get what you pay for. It's a good system at a good price with support and attention to the customer. Yes I recommend this company for your next pc.

CP is a good place to buy computers and accessories. The only con is that when shipping a computer you don't have a privacy option haha I don't want everyone seeing I got a new fancy pc. Other than that good service. Good freebies/ $5 items too.

10 outta 10, I've been a repeat customer for the last 10 years and everything they've knocked it out of the park. Even pricing out the components if I were to build it myself, I was still saving hundreds of dollars with Cyberpower. Fantastic price for performance, will do business again.

They check the paperwork with me and almost sent me off without the monitor. I had to double check and confirm. If I had been a bit careless, I would have walked away without a monitor.

Found what I wanted, was able to see all the specificalities, ordered it on-line, processed the order, shipped quickly, and arrived in ready-to-go condition. I wasn't even charged until I received the computer. Awesome!

Pc works extremely well good airflow only issue is a piece of the fan on the corner the plastic was a bit chipped but doesnt affect the fan itself.

the unit is fantastic all hardware is overpriced not your fault just the industry Having my friend who recommended the machine help me set it up was very helpful it is Lighting fast I opened 85 windows in order to clean out old bookmarks in under 1 min no lock up Very impressed and very happy

The system performs as expected running AAA titles and performing flawlessly so far (1 week in). Almost all parts of the transaction were great and met my expectations. However, I purchased the system at 10am, and by 2pm of the same day the price dropped by $100 with an additional discount that appeared. After multiple email communications with sales/support there was nothing they could do to compensate me for that. Neither an upgrade to the system or monitor nor a refund of this cost change was offered. No explanation only the statement “We can't make any change on the order.”. Although, I’d like to give 5 stars (system was delivered as promised/fast communication) on this process because it was there, this is the big reason I can’t.

My first CyberPowerPC is now over 6 years old, and it has honestly never given me a single hardware issue in all that time. I only upgraded now because I wanted more power for 4K gaming and content creation, not because the old one was failing. That kind of longevity speaks volumes. Customer service has been excellent both times—quick responses, clear communication, and you can tell they actually care about getting each build right. The attention to detail in cable management and testing before it ships is noticeable. I’m genuinely thrilled with this new rig and have zero hesitation recommending CyberPowerPC to friends and anyone looking for a reliable custom PC. Great job, guys—thanks again!

Customer service rep was not helpful. Why is your purchasing with a credit card option and address such a difficult process? My card was denied over and over due to address not matching. Called my card company they said no charges were attempted. Your sales rep said it's not a charge it's a verification. But it was denied over 6 times. I gave the "virtual" card number and didn't change the address section at all and it worked without issue. Definitely something faulty on your end. Went a week without a single update to my order. At this point it was already a week past due of build starting. Emailed multiple times with no response. Opened a ticket and it was closed without an answer. I saw my sales rep start to type then he closed the ticket. I called and then they hung up when I finally got to them. I called again to ask for another rep after explaining everything that happened. Was told no you have to talk to your rep first and then we will get you a new one if they don't help you. That is a terrible rule, I provided screenshots and the chat logs but no I wasn't given a new rep left to just wait until eventually my system was sent out. No updates done on time or throughout the process just all updated on the day of shipping. Graphics card did not come separated from the system it was inside with the protective cushion. Had to remove the card to remove the cushion.
