I only gave 4 stars for price because it dropped in price the day after i ordered which sucked but im happy for the most part so far

We had purchased a CyberPower PC years ago and it was not cost effective to fix. My wife pulled up the CyberPowerPC webpage and started looking at all the different options for her use. I know that she had emailed Sales for specifics about a particular mother board. They got right back to her and then the order was made. We received emails throughout the process to let us know the steps that were happening. My wife was thrilled to know that the sales team really cared about the order.

Cyberpower PC website did not have shipping updates, just saidn "in process." I only found out my PC was out fir delivery after calling and asking for an update on my status. I chose a prebuilt that was ready to ship within 48 hours so I knew to call to ask for an update. Having an updated order status on the website so people know when to be expect delivery or when to be home to sign for delivery is pretty important. Please fix this for future customers.

This is the second major rig I've bought from CPPC. The first computer lasted from 2012, and when I researched all of the retailers and sites for something new, I kept coming back to CPPC. I even asked ChatGPT to find me the best deals for a PC that's relatively future proof and can keep up with a variety of resource intensive applications. Regardless of my research or AI, CPPC kept coming up and so it was a no brainer going with you all again. A big additional benefit was the price. I went in thinking I would spend at least $2.2K but ended up spending $1.8K with upgrades. In terms of the shopping experience, I really appreciate the degree of customization for each PC with all of the options clearly laid out. This was one of the reasons I went with you back in 2012. That being said, I admit that I couldn't tell you the difference between any of the variants. To make up for my deficit, I asked ChatGPT about each of the near alternatives for most of the components. I'm sure you all are working on ways to help customers understand these minor differences.

The box came with a large "dent" but overall the computer survived. Purchasing online was a bit of a hassle. I had two orders cancelled because I used my credit card and not Amazon pay or another method. I wouldn't offer CC purchases if that's the case.

Lower points for sales since I was making a business purchase whose shipping address didn't match its billing address. This caused unnecessary delays in the form of 2 cancelled orders, before the process was understood. Waiting for sales responses during their time off, during a high tempo sales timeframe was not needed and unappreciated. The instructions should be very clear up front and I should not have to wait until the order is placed to learn what to do in the case of differing addresses. Easy resolution is to just rely on amazon payment.

The product was overall excellent, well packed, and clearly assembled with care. However, I was missing some cables for connecting the fans for argb to the motherboard, so had to make a couple of guesses on ordering what hopefully will be the correct cords. I would have preferred these to be included because it was extremely difficult to find what I needed and I haven’t yet been able to tell if they actually are correct.

Product customization was easy. Being able to make a few small changes to a configuration that had nearly all the specs I wanted was a determining factor when selecting a new PC. Emails kept me apprised of the entire process from building to delivery.

Excellent pc fans are not as quiet as previous builds I’ve had however this is my first prebuilt it is not a major concern or issue just worth noting shipping was fast ordered during the holidays to Take advantage of the deals only issue was the pc was 2 day shipped I was unaware the monitor was shipped by its self which it did arrive earlier than shipping expected so all around a great pc and get company to buy from!

This is my third pc purchase from you guys and i’m just as satisfied with the entire process as i was the first time. If there is any feedback i could give for the future, i suppose it would be having the option to maybe not include the purchase of a key board and mouse with the pc? That could save packing space and lower the price of purchases. I already had both, but i guess there’s no harm in having extra backups. and maybe that option already exists and i just glazed over it. If that’s the case, then nevermind :) still, 5 stars from me and this will continue to be my go-to company for pc builds. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things. I don't want to build my own computer, but I want to know what's inside the one I get. Cyberpower offered the best of both worlds with the benefit of big holiday discounts! I especially liked being able to customize the case. Only thing I had trouble with was the instructions which accompanied the computer did not adequately explain how to open the case. A quick YouTube search did the trick! Thanks!

For starters, the sales rep I had was very impersonal and disregarding of my concerns, especially during a tumultuous state of pc hardware allocation, I had so many questions and concerns but would only ever get cold non acknowledging responses. I just so happened to order the day after AND the day before a promo in which a free cheap monitor was free and when I asked if I could possibly be considered for acknowledgement of the promotion to which I receieved a cold response of basically you missed out too bad. Additionally the process of getting the pc to me took exceptionally too long and not once did I recieve some sort of apology or compensation for the trouble, a little goes a long way not only with me but to many consumers that spend the kind of money I have on this system.

Great PC that I'm sure my son will love. One gripe is that the set up directions were generic and not being familiar with a gaming rig, I had to make some educated guesses but there is an unexplained cord that I don't know what to do with. Anyway, the rig looks great and runs well so far. Thank you!
