Resident Evil 8 Village has been confirmed to be released on May 7, 2021, for gaming pc, PS4, and Xbox One. It will also be available for new-gen consoles, Xbox X/S Series, and PlayStation 5. Capcom also confirmed that players who will buy the PS4 and Xbox One version will have a free upgrade within the same console family.
Like its predecessor, Biohazard, Village is a first-person shooter game that now includes a blocking mechanic that plays an important role in the game’s combat. Crafting and the inventory system seen in the Biohazard are also included in the Village.
