PopCap and EA have finally announced the new Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, which is based on PopCap’s popular mobile franchise.
Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is scheduled to be released on October 18. But an early version of the game is available right now until September 30. Players can download the Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville Founder’s Edition for the early access version.
PopCap also stated that every week for the next six weeks, players of the early access will be able to explore new parts of the game, including multiplayer modes and free roam regions. Updates which will eventually lead to the full release of the game. The Founder’s Edition will also have exclusive cosmetics for the first four weeks of the early access, though players must log in continuously to get each reward.
Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is a shooter game set in Giddy Park, where players can engage in multiplayer mode. As of now, there are 20 customizable character classes in the game, including Peashooter, Chomper, NightCap, and Electric Slide.
The Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville Founder’s Edition is available for $29.99 on Microsoft Windows gaming PC via EA Origin.
