The developer studio behind the zombie-survival video game World War Z, Saber Interactive, approached Valve to voice out their intention of doing a remake of Half-Life 2. However, Valve quickly responded that if a remake were to be done, it would have to be developed internally.

Saber Interactive CEO and co-founder Matthew Karch talked about the whole ordeal with GameWatcher. According to him, after they have worked with Halo: The Master Chief Collection, their team, quickly turned their attention to Half-Life 2.

Karch said that he had personally reached out to Valve’s Gabe Newell, and said that he wanted to remake Half-Life 2. Karch even told Newell that he won’t charge him for anything. Unfortunately, Newell and Valve responded with a no, saying that if they were going to do it, it had to be done internally.

However, it is weird that Newell has allowed a group of fans to remake the first Half-Life. Why won’t they allow Saber Interactive to do it? It would have been interesting to see their take since they are huge fans of Half-Life and other of Valve’s games.

Left 4 Dead is another game Saber wanted to remake.  And to scratch the itch, they created World War Z, which is heavily inspired by the Left 4 Dead universe. It is a third person co-op shooter video game for PS 4, Xbox One, and gaming PC

While we may be unsure of a Half-Life 2 remake, we are happy with the fact that a studio like Saber Interactive has voiced out to Valve about the long-awaited remastered version of the game.

  5. Hello, I am writing to you about a proposition for a sponsorship between myself and your company. My YouTube channel is pretty small with 6,500 subscribers but I get a lot of views as my YouTube analytics say on average when a video has been out for 1 month on my channel it normally has between 1,000 and 15,000 views therefor an average of 7-8 thousand views per video. But I don’t upload much therefor when I make a video my subscribers watch it and it gets a lot of views. I don’t normally like to put sponsors at the start of my videos but I think your company is genuinely good and don’t have any issue with promoting it as there is nothing bad to say.
I know that most You Tubers can expect around £40 per 1,000 views they get on average so I would happily do a paid promotion. I would also be willing to do the deal for a PC as I could then show my viewers the PC, and this would probably get you the most customers as I could make multiple videos on it and tell all the viewers to check your company out and potentially buy something. I think that what you do is really cool and love the PC’s you build. I can prove my YouTube analytics are what I say they are so please feel free to ask me for proof. I will also add my YouTube channels link at the bottom of this email so that you can go and have a look yourself.
Can you give me a price of how much you would be willing to pay for a 30 second shout out at the start of my video? Or if you’re willing to send a PC out so I can make multiple videos on it what type of Value PC I could get.
I will be looking forward to hearing back from you soon,

  6. To whom it may concern,

We are writing to you on behalf of the RhinoHulk company. We are an up-and-coming content creation team that mainly creates content for Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. We are in the infancy stage of development but are growing at an astronomical rate. In just under one month of being an official team, we have grown to over 4,500 followers on TikTok, over 500 subscribers on twitch, and average viewership between 50-90 people per stream on twitch. We are a stream team that has built a reputation for giving back to small streamers and small streamer communities. We have made a name for ourselves as a team that will go into smaller streamers lives, support them with views, and donations, and leave them in a better place than where they started. We are looking for sponsorships for our team to be able to take the next steps in the world of gaming. We would like Cyberpower to be the official computer of the 5 faces of Rhino. As a sponsor of the Rhinohulk team, you would be added to our sponsorship page on our website, a logo on all 6 of our live twitch streams, and a shout out on TikTok. We average over 5,000 views per Tiktok Video. For further information please contact us at rhinohulk1@gmail.com. We are extremely excited to start what should be a lifelong relationship between your amazing company and Rhinohulk Gaming.

    Sincerely,

    Ryan Busch
Owner and CEO of Rhinohulk Gaming
