It’s April, and as usual, we’re starting the week right by featuring 10 of the upcoming PC games to be released this month.

Here are the first five games of our featured article:

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy

April 9

The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is a game compilation of the first three games of the critically-acclaimed visual novel, Ace Attorney. This compilation includes Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (Justice for All), and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (Trials and Tribulations). First released for Nintendo DS, the game will soon be introduced for Microsoft Windows gaming PC this April.

Shovel Knight Showdown

April 9

Shovel Knight Showdown is a spin-off game of Yacht Club’s 2D-scrolling video game, Shovel Knight. It is also the final game in the game series. In this title, the player takes on the role of his favorite heroic or villainous knight, and duel with up to 4 players. It features local-only multiplayer and comes as a free update to all existing versions of Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove.

Zanki Zero: Last Beginning

April 9

Zanki Zero: Last Beginning is a survival RPG video game from Lancarse and Spike Chunsoft. The game takes place in bright ruins after the Earth was destroyed. The story introduced eight characters that have survived the apocalypse, which the player takes control throughout the game to fight enemies and continue to survive.

Anno 1800

April 16

Anno 1800 is a city building RTS video game developed by Blue Byte and Ubisoft. It is the seventh installment in the Anno series, which follows the story of the two previous games, Anno 2070 and Anno 2205. The game returns to the series’ traditional city building mechanics and ocean combat gameplay. It will also introduce new aspects including tourism, blueprinting, and the effects of industrialization on the island.

World War Z

April 16

World War Z is the upcoming third-person shooter video game from Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive, based on the 2013 zombie film. The game will introduce four-player cooperative gameplay, where players must survive by fighting hordes of zombies using weapons, defensive traps, and emplacements. It takes place in three settings: New York, Jerusalem, and Moscow.
