FacePunch Studios Releases All-New Tactics Game – Clatter

FacePunch Studios, the developers behind the action-survival multiplayer game, Rust, has released a new tactical strategy game called Clatter.

According to the developers, Clatter is a turn-based robot-battle strategic game where the player must create and build a team of robots. Each of these robots has unique attributes and skills, as well as compatibility with other robots so the player can create a more unified team. Once the player has built his team of robots, he can then compete with other players online and fight against their team. Otherwise, the player can also stick to the single-player career mode.

Clatter, as stated, is a turn-based strategy game where they can layout their strategy and devise their own mechanics to defeat the other. The player can choose from several units which include Mortars, Grabbers, Flippers, and other more. Each of these units, as stated, will have their own strength and weaknesses.

The game also offers players customization features to change the appearance of their robots, as implied in the game’s trailer. The player can also choose and design their own commander and arena from an expanding collection of interactive items.

Aside from these, Clatter will also offer new challenges every day. Players can battle against AI on random maps, where they can compete with other players to gain a spot on the daily leaderboard.

As of now, Facepunch hasn’t released an exact date for the game’s release, only stating that the game will be out this month for Microsoft Windows PCs and gaming laptops.
