no!it pile-up even BEFORE it gets to menu(with no messages) i dont know,on wnwiods xp this game(even pirated)worked with no lags as well as with no problems(i dont recollect problems similar to this occuring upon XP)and alternative games even newer work fine i dont know what a complaint is
