Remember that New Resolution we did for gamers a few days ago? Well, we mentioned something about trying to attend to gaming conventions, right? So we decided to list the 8 gaming conventions that you definitely need to attend this 2016.

● PAX South 2016

When: Jan 29 – Jan 31
Where: Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center

PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) South is the most popular southern gaming convention event in the gaming industry. The whole convention center will have concerts, console freeplay, handheld lounges, exhibit hall, PC area and so many more. This convention draws thousands of gamers and geeks alike to participate in this event and learn; try and enjoy the newest games there is in the gaming industry.

● PAX East 2016

When: Apr 22 – Apr 24
Where: Boston Convention Center

Similar to PAX South, PAX East is organized by the same people and is an annual gamer festival held in Boston. Participants can enjoy the exhibits, its after-hours parties, gaming tournaments, and freeplay areas. LVL UP EXPO 2016 (LUX) is a non-profit convention that focuses on video games, anime and gadgets. Join in their annual gaming tournaments including Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros, Halo 5, HearthStone: Heroes of WarCraft, Rock 4 Band, Mario Kart 8, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and Guilty Gear X. ● Comicpalooza 2016

When: Jun 17 – Jun 19
Where: George R. Brown Convention Center

BlizzCon 2016 is probably the most awaited convention there is. Annually held in Anaheim and organized by Blizzard Entertainment. Enjoy games from Blizzard such as Starcraft, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm, or watch short films made by fans, or join in with the cosplay crowds.
